Best practices in communicating with the management company

You should be contacting the management company for any matters related to your unit or the building. As a best practice, when communicating with Paradigm Property, remember to cc Marc Milord on all emails.  If you don’t hear from back from Marc or someone on his team within two business days, we recommend calling Marc directly. Also feel free to cc: the condo board if you like.
