I was wondering how the meeting went last weekend.

I was also wondering what is going on in the rear; I see new fence in the west yards and material on the east side; is there going to be a new fence on the east side as well? how is access being gained to the backyard?

    Hi Marc,
The meeting went well. We aired out and discussed thoughts and concerns for our community. Just to highlight:
    a. The Fence and replacing locks
    b. balcony issue on the C building, and our progress so far with the situation
    c. Dealing with LHI and the developers
    d. Blog and community outreach
    e. Maintenance fees and details

Reach out to us if you want details on anything in particular.

Kim has been working on a fence in the back to provide more security mainly for apts on the first and second floors in the rear, and to add more privacy. There was a break-in and other attempted incidents in the back and we felt this was necessary. I believe she is also building the fence up on the A building side. The wall in the back will not be extended upward, from my understanding because its high enough.

    Dear 794a4:

I have requested that the minutes from the last meeting be posted on the blog so those who were not able to attend will know what is happening.

    Take care.

    hello all,

Just a quick update on the violation clearing.
We have the expeditor working on clearing the C of O issues as well as all other violation on the condo.

One of the violation received over a year ago was in reference to the state of the balconies. We repaired the upper balconies last year and are set to repair the lower balconies sometime in the soon. We have a contractor prepared to come in and do the work. We need access to the decks in order to the work that is required. We ask that if you are in one of the units that is on the first floor and has access to the back decks, please provide us with a date and time that we can gain access and complete the repairs.

We will clean the area beneath the decks prior to departing from the site.

a timely response to this would be greatly appreciated.

    Best,
    Marc
