We have the expeditor working on clearing the C of O issues as well as all other violation on the condo. One of the violation received over a year ago was in reference to the state of the balconies. We repaired the upper balconies last year and are set to repair the lower balconies sometime in the soon. We have a contractor prepared to come in and do the work. We need access to the decks in order to the work that is required. We ask that if you are in one of the units that is on the first floor and has access to the back decks, please provide us with a date and time that we can gain access and complete the repairs.
